Calista

A Nutritional Therapist, Blood Chemist and mother to her little boy. Calista will be sharing her wisdom on infant sleep care and how to navigate that in a supportive way for the whole family, as well as weaving in her intentional parenting philosophy.

Elizabeth

An Integrative Health and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a bachelor's in nutrition and exercise science, and a mother of two beautiful girls. Elizabeth will be sharing her wisdom on the first 40 days postpartum and also, on how to navigate tongue ties.

Lexie

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pre/Postnatal Coach, and mama to her little boy. Lexie will be sharing her wisdom on physical healing and how to safely and intentionally incorporate exercise into the postpartum period.

Jennifer

A mama to three and an advocate for breastfeeding after overcoming major hurdles with all three of her babies, Jennifer will be sharing her wisdom on how to prepare for, contend for, and succeed in breastfeeding in whatever capacity you desire.

Miriam

A holistic nutritionist, mama of two, and advocate for slow and intentional living. Miriam will be sharing her wisdom on how to nourish the body, mind, and spirit in order to thrive in the postpartum season.

Sol

A writer and mama to one, Sol has a degree in education and is passionate about living an intentional and holistic lifestyle. She will be sharing her wisdom on navigating relationship changes and how to prepare ahead of time for the shifts that take place postpartum.
