A Recipe To Detox Excess Estrogen and Support Gut Health

This is a daily, non-negotiable in my house. We've tried various variations of the raw carrot salad depending on what we have available, and we've loved them all! We eat it on an empty stomach for optimal benefits, usually as a snack or an appetizer before dinner.
My Favorite Snack! - Alicia Curry
The fibers in the raw carrots bind to and then carry excess estrogen out of the body. The oil and vinegar mixture support balanced gut bacteria. The salt and coconut oil replenish minerals, especially sodium and potassium. It's a powerful salad!
