Welcome to the A Fertile Life Blog

Introduction and Thoughts...

About Me

I'm Rebekah, Nutritional Therapy and HTMA Practitioner. I help women restore balance to their bodies and cycles so they can live thriving, fertile lives free of monthly pain, fear, and fertility challenges

I have been married to my best friend for 5 years and it has been nothing short of an adventure. From building out and living in a van, to having a small homestead, to spending a year traveling around the States in a camper, to now traveling internationally and working remotely, we love to keep it interesting and live alternatively. All of these opportunities have taught me the importance of prioritizing what is most important in life and slowing down and living simply.

I love my work as a Nutritional Therapist, and honestly it's hard to call it work. I spent almost half my life battling with hormonal imbalance that showed up as intense menstrual cramps, extreme PMS, and fertility challenges. For years I tried everything I could to fix the problem - essential oils, teas, diets, supplements - and nothing worked. So when I finally found the key and experienced a life free of PMS, free of crippling period pain, and full of balanced energy, I knew this was my calling - to bring this relief and this knowledge to other women.

Thoughts on the Blog

My goal is for this to be a place to find recipes, tips, and thoughts to support a healthy menstrual cycle, fertility journey, and life. I would love to know if there's something you'd like to see or learn about on the blog. Female health and fertility can feel complex and complicated at times, I hope to debunk myths, expose true concerns, and share ways to gain balance in every season of life.

I'm so thankful you're here, community and connection are a priority to me, as I believe we grow stronger and better together. I encourage you to reach out, and it's truly selfish, as I hate feeling like I'm talking to myself.

If you'd like to connect further you can subscribe to my newsletter or find me on Instagram @afertile.life.

Well wishes until next time,
Rebekah
