Root-Cause Support for Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
I am drawn to the way pregnancy preparation, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery shape a woman's health and experience of motherhood.
No season exists in isolation.
What happens before pregnancy influences pregnancy.
What happens during pregnancy influences postpartum recovery.
What happens during postpartum recovery influences future pregnancies, long-term health, and the foundation a mother carries into caring for her family.
Women deserve more than simply getting through these seasons, they deserve the opportunity to thrive within them.
Because when mothers thrive, babies thrive, families thrive, and future pregnancies begin from a stronger foundation.
My Approach
I approach this work through a whole-body lens.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I look at the broader factors that influence how a woman experiences pregnancy, recovery, and future pregnancies.
That includes nourishment, digestion, blood sugar regulation, mineral balance, nervous system function, thyroid health, lifestyle factors, and the unique circumstances that shape each woman's experience.
I am less interested in quick fixes and more interested in understanding patterns, asking better questions, and identifying the areas that may have the greatest influence on overall health and resilience.

Why this work?
What continues to draw me to Hyperemesis Gravidarum is how much of the conversation focuses on managing symptoms, while so little attention is given to the broader picture.
Medical care is often centered around medications, hydration, and hospitalization when necessary. These interventions can be essential, but they are only part of the story.
Questions surrounding nourishment, mineral status, nervous system health, metabolic stability, recovery, and future pregnancies are often left unexplored.
Women deserve care that considers the whole person, not just the immediate symptoms.
That broader perspective is what led me to dedicate years of study to women's health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the physiological factors that influence resilience throughout the childbearing years.

My Training
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
Additional training includes certification in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and advanced study in thyroid health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and women's physiology.
For more than five years, I have devoted significant study to the nutritional and physiological factors that influence reproductive health, maternal resilience, and recovery across the childbearing years.
My work is grounded in both formal training and ongoing education, allowing me to view Hyperemesis Gravidarum through a broader lens that considers the many factors influencing a woman's experience before, during, and after pregnancy.
What guides my work...
I value depth over trends, clarity over noise, and restoration over urgency.
Women deserve care that is calm, intentional, and individualized, especially during seasons that ask so much of the body.
Preparation matters.
Recovery matters.
Timing matters.
The right care, at the right time, can influence not only how a woman moves through pregnancy, but the health and vitality she carries into the years that follow.
