When it matters
Hyperemesis Gravidarum can leave you carrying a physical, emotional, and mental load long after the worst of the crisis has passed.
You may be trying to understand your body again, rebuild what was depleted, make sense of what still feels off, or prepare for another pregnancy with more care and intention.
Private mentorship gives you a place to bring the weight of that work so you’re not trying to sort through every decision, question, and next step on your own.

Private Mentorship
Information isn’t the same as direction.
You may already have saved posts, supplement ideas, lab suggestions, food lists, and conflicting advice.
The real challenge is knowing what actually matters for your body, what deserves attention first, and how to move forward without trying to do everything at once.
That’s the role of personalized mentorship.
The goal is support you can actually use
A clearer understanding of what your body needs now.
A plan that respects your capacity.
Guidance as you rebuild, adjust, and prepare for what comes next.
Support that helps you make decisions with more confidence instead of carrying every question on your own.

How the mentorship works
We begin with a full review of your history, current symptoms, nutrition, digestion, food tolerance, lifestyle, goals, and the season you’re in now.
From there, I build your personalized plan and help you put it into practice over three months.
Your plan may include nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations when they’re appropriate for your situation.
As we work together, we pay attention to how your body responds, what improves, what feels harder, and what needs to change.
You have ongoing support as the plan develops, questions come up, and your body shows us what it needs next.
